Sounds like the unofficial announcement on Wednesday and the press conference on Friday. I feel sorry for her already!!
Now this thread has done it. I don't know how to spell the AD's name anymore. Are there one or two t's in his first name? Is there a c in his last name? I guess this is called losing brain cells.
I'm no expert on CK, never followed the Pac 12 much, but one thing you have to like about him is his willingness to adapt and change his approach, both during a game as you mentioned and over the course of a season. I've also read some things about his innovative use of sports science on and off the field that is pretty interesting. He'd do well working with the resources we've got at Shands for the nutritional/hydration-monitoring stuff, and our engineers and IT for the practice performance monitoring technology.
It's Storkland. Quite fitting if you think about it. He'll deliver us a new coach and in turn, deliver Gator Football back to relevance.
Here's Scott as a young recording artist. I think the title foreshadowed his later career. After all, isn't that what coaches are to players? Less than lovers (hopefully!)...and more than friends?
Gotta disagree here wing....as a dad and coach of kids that age, I said Chip Kelly and they started going crazy about how "sick " if offense would be. The Oregon offense mystique is attached to him and it's pretty strong. Agree it will fade out in the next few years, but these guys were old enough to remember
My only wish right now is that this thread hits 100 pages before lunchtime today. Have to admit, this is one of the most entertaining threads on this board in a while!!
