Alexis is not Samuel. Very different players. They both have big bodies and that about where the similarities end. Alexis is strong on the defensive end and an ok offensive player. He is also a better defensive rebounder than offensive. Samuel was a great individual scorer down low and on the roll, but a really bad defender. He also was a really good offensive rebounder and a good not great defensive rebounder. I think we have to realize our biggest improvement in the post this season or even the way we will have as strong a post game as last season is based on the improvement of Condon and Haugh. Those two have the potential to be really really good. My guess is they will be our 4 and 5 thru many of our important stretches of games.
But the UT-Chattanooga official site lists him at 230. Maybe he's been binging on Krispy Kreme since the season ended. Interesting to see Trey Bonham listed on their roster. I didn't realize that was where he landed.
