Orlando Sentinel had a story on the coaching salaries at Tennessee and Florida. The overall total is about the same. Tennessee’s assistants are very well paid.
This man has felt that three areas of Tennessee that have been lacking over the past ten years are Quarterback, Wide Receiver and Defensive Back play. When was the last time you saw a Tennessee game and felt they covered us well? How often are their receivers running free or even getting open? We often make their quarterback look confused.
I find it interesting that three of the lowest paid positions on Lane Kiffin’s new staff are QB coach, WR coach and the lowest DB coach. Unbelieveable…
